Life is a quest, men seek a million answers;
uncomprehending beings search for The Truth.
What their counterparts do, they laugh at.
Squeezed out of the bloody hell that disgusts,
they know no respect while they shove down the
feminine throats, pint-sized wisdom compensated
by the ego that can swallow entire genders.
Forbidding the holy sanctums that make life itself
from competing with the man-made idols.
They raise voices to hide the folly they contain,
yet they mock higher pitches that are left unheard.
People, The Truth might take a long time to find,
yet make haste to embrace the truth of your actions.
The pain of never getting a chance to grow through minds,
so narrow, that you can breathe easy
only by suffocating the rights of other people.
What would it take for you to drop that sneer and
let another human being live their life, their way?
Choices were made to be chosen; no right one;
while you could make yours, why not them?
It’s the barest minimum to do for another person;
they shall raise their voice and you shan’t condemn.
